Star Finnegan is a local, born and raised in Utah. Star has a strong passion for wine, cocktails and service, which led to a degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Utah. This led to work at the Talisker Club, the Bill White Restaurant Group including Grappa and Chimayo, Main Course Management’s Trio and Fresco Italian Cafe, and Cucina Toscana alongside the notable Maitre D, Valter Nassi. In 2017, Star received a Level II Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. In her free time from work and family, Star loves the outdoors, especially the beautiful Park City area mountains of the Park City area or traveling to southern Utah.
