Cassidy Cabel is a pastry chef with years of experience from various locations, including the Monarch Beach Resort, Montage Deer Valley and most recently, The Lodge at Blue Sky, an Auberge Resort. Cassidy’s work as a pastry chef in each of these locations has led to high standards for her pastry making, including accolades from Forbes. Cassidy’s school experience includes Kapiolani Community College, Chaminade University and Kamehameha Schools, all in Hawaii.
