His career history includes Il Cortile de Re, Carriage House Club, Talisker Club, Pescara and Promontory Club over more than 10 years.  Byron’s education comes from the University of Kent at Canterbury, the University of Utah College of Law and the University of London Kings College. Byron specializes now in fine dining, events and wine pairings.
